I was brought on by Fivetran’s design lead to rewrite the homepage and a few key product pages. I also gave their verbal identity and voice/tone guidelines some clarity and love. The goal was to communicate all the cutting-edge benefits of a complicated technical product while infusing the kind of warmth and approachability that would appeal to marketing stakeholders.

I interviewed engineers and product experts to create a basic informational outline, then drafted creative copy to design spec in Fivetran’s new and improved brand voice: expert-yet-empathetic. I wrapped the project up by providing a brief internal-facing guide to writing good headlines - just something to carry them forward.
