 I also helped set and develop brand guidelines for tone & voice, and consulted on creative direction for the brand’s redesign and visual evolution. Most of the website is my copy,  I write on behalf of the CEO in holiday emails, and I set the tone for important social posts. For the last two years, I’ve drafted themes and helped with event copy for the annual Ascend Convention (which is really fun). I also named their very successful podcast, API Futures, as well as a few other internal programs/product tiers.
